🚚 Live Mealworms Shipping Policy

To ensure your live mealworms arrive healthy, we ship Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY. This help avoids weekend delays and helps guarantee safe arrival.

• Arrive Alive Guarantee: If your mealworms do not arrive alive and in good condition, email info@milosmealworms.com  within 24 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.

• Shipping Area: We currently ship within the continental United States only (no Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses for LIVE WORMS).

• Tracking: A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

🔄 Returns Policy — Live Mealworms

Because live mealworms are perishable, we do not accept returns on live orders.

Instead, we offer an Arrive Alive Guarantee:

• If your mealworms do not arrive alive and in good condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@milosmealworms.com .

• Please include photos of the package and product so we can review your claim.

• Once verified, we will issue a replacement shipment or store credit (at our discretion).

Important Notes:

• Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

• We are not responsible for packages left outside in extreme weather or for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

• Live mealworms ship Mondays & Tuesdays ONLY to reduce transit time and ensure safe arrival.
